WarSplay™ now ships worldwide from our UK workshop, including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of World. Every order is manufactured in-house, dispatched within 2 working days, and sent using a fully tracked delivery service. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Manufactured & Dispatched from the UK

We operate independently and manufacture WarSplay™ display stands in-house at our dedicated UK workshop. Because we handle production ourselves, every order is made, packed and dispatched directly by us rather than being sent from a third-party warehouse.

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to manufacture, pack and dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details for the delivery service used.

Domestic Orders — UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped from our workshop using a fully tracked delivery service. Delivery is targeted within 48 hours after dispatch.

• Free UK Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all UK orders over £30.
• UK Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.50 for orders under £30.
• Delivery Target: UK delivery is targeted within 48 hours after dispatch.
• Tracking: All UK orders are sent using a fully tracked service.

International Orders — Worldwide Delivery

WarSplay now ships worldwide. We currently support international shipping to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of World, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

All international parcels are sent using a fully tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel as it moves from our UK workshop to your delivery address.

• Europe Delivery: Shipping to Europe is available, with shipping costs, duties and taxes calculated at checkout.
• USA Delivery: Shipping to the USA is available, with all applicable shipping costs, duties and taxes calculated at checkout.
• Canada Delivery: Shipping to Canada is available, with checkout showing the relevant delivery costs, duties and taxes before payment.
• Australia Delivery: Shipping to Australia is available using a fully tracked international delivery service.
• Rest of World Delivery: We ship to many international destinations worldwide, with available options shown at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Checkout Costs

We have updated our checkout so that all applicable shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. This gives international customers a clearer total before completing their order.

This applies to supported international destinations including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of World. Instead of guessing the final landed cost, you can review the available shipping option and any applicable duties or taxes during checkout before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

All WarSplay orders are sent fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow time for the courier network to scan the parcel. Tracking updates can sometimes take a short while to appear after dispatch, especially for international parcels leaving the UK.

Returns & Replacements

• Our 30-Day Policy: We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your display system, please contact us to arrange a return. Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
• Damaged in Transit: We package everything carefully, but if any part of your modular stand is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will help resolve the issue and, where appropriate, fast-track replacement parts.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
