THE COMPLETE RANGE

Five stands. Five different jobs.

The right choice depends on the standard base size, the number of models and whether the collection is infantry-heavy, mixed or built around large centrepieces.

ONE RANGE. TWO EXPANSION SYSTEMS.

Grow the display without starting again

WarSplay is designed as a system, not a dead-end product. Choose the core interlocking range for mixed collections or the repeatable Pro platform for a 40mm-heavy magnetic display.

CORE SYSTEM Classic · Classic Mini · Hero · Hero Mini

Flat-edged modules slot together into one continuous display. Full-size units anchor the layout; Mini units extend and bridge it.

PRO SYSTEM Repeatable magnetic platforms

Each Pro is a complete 15-podium platform. Add another beside it to extend the army display; the podiums are magnetic, the outer sides are not.

THE SIZE GUIDE, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK

How to choose a miniature display stand

01

Start with the bases, not the scale label

“28mm” and “32mm” can describe a miniature’s nominal scale, not the exact base beneath it. Measure the physical base diameter first. Classic and Classic Mini are built for standard 25–32mm infantry bases; Pro is built around 40mm podiums; Hero formats make space for larger characters and centrepieces.

02

Capacity is a layout, not a marketing maximum

A 17-position Classic means seventeen standard infantry places. A Hero’s nine positions are deliberately mixed and include specialist large-model footprints. A Pro can carry fifteen 40mm models as standard, but merging podium footprints trades model count for larger bases.

03

Allow for pose overhang

Weapons, wings, capes and scenic bases can extend beyond the footprint printed underneath the model. Use this finder as a strong starting point, then check unusually dynamic models against the product layout before ordering.

04

Choose the expansion system deliberately

The Classic/Hero family physically slots together and is ideal for mixed collections. Pro uses a repeatable side-by-side platform with magnetic podiums and is the strongest starting point for collections built primarily around 40mm bases.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you choose a stand

Which WarSplay is best for 25–32mm infantry?

Classic is the high-capacity option with seventeen standard positions. Classic Mini holds eight and suits a smaller squad, compact shelf or modular extension. The calculator chooses the most efficient combination for the number entered.

Which stand is designed for 40mm bases?

WarSplay Pro is the only format designed around fifteen 40mm magnetic podiums as its standard layout. The podiums can also merge into larger footprints, reducing total model count when larger bases are used.

What should I use for monsters, cavalry or vehicles?

Hero is the mixed large-model hub and includes dedicated centrepiece and cavalry space. Hero Mini is the compact option for a small group with one model up to 50mm. Pro can also convert groups of podiums into larger magnetic footprints.

Do all five stands connect in the same way?

No. Classic, Classic Mini, Hero and Hero Mini use the same physical interlocking system. Pro is a separate repeatable platform: multiple units can sit neatly side by side, but the outer sides do not use magnets or connectors.

Does the finder guarantee every miniature will fit?

No automated tool can account for every sword, wing, banner or scenic overhang. The result uses base size and standard capacity. Check unusually wide or tall poses against the product images and specifications.

What if I do not know the base size?

Use the free printable miniature base-size checker, then return to the finder with the measured diameter.
